Is It Bad To Smoke 1 Pipe A Day

Navalmoral Valdehúncar-ATHLETES OF LEGEND

MI SAN SILVESTRE PARTICULAR
On Sunday 19 December was a good day to run. I do not like the end of the sporting year with the San Silvestre botched Caceres, run only by children but is a test I dislike, so this Sunday, December 19, I held my own San Silvestre.
Navalmoral I went with 35 other fellow club members, plus the regular customers. The day did not start very well because I sounded the alarm, the rest of the morning we went Justito of time, which some of my compis of day makes them more nervous than me. Caught the last bus of the organization to move to the small town of Valdehúncar. They had a very nice, with people running out of change, warming coffee etc. .. Taking the MEND.
The race started at 11, just a few minutes before from one of the corrals near a turkey could be heard singing. That post more Christmas!.
La Carerra passed in their first 3 km of roads quite muddy (or not), he turned to go through Valdehúncar and continued by road to Millanes.
The first 6-7 km poked up, but then it was down to Navalmoral, 4 km over the flat end of the town.
aid stations in some of the Santas waiting for us (and Mom), details of good taste, which together with the many members of the organization bike behind us we did not miss anything during the test.
Personally, since as the year (as all years), I slowly for the first 5 km, almost to 4.50, then started to accelerate to go down to 4.30 and a favorable km below 4. On km 10 I joined a group of 5 riders (including my partner Luis Doncel) with comfortable and ended up going with them. For 1 h was 37, and in my last half.

But actually took me a minute and in the streets of Navalmoral and made 1 h 38. And I was a lot of time ahead, had food in Plasencia, of course Christmas lunch.
After a cold shower in the Marist College (which I expected of my beloved Marist, hehe), I went to the awards ceremony in the Multipurpose (Plaza de Toros cover) where my companion picked up his usual Barquilla Paco Award . We gobbled some nice warm tenderloin sandwiches, beers, fruit, yogurt, etc. .. Very good organization and an excellent runner's bag, with gloves, long technical shirt, hat technique ...

The day ended Plasencia road accompanied by my friend Felix Pulido, while we were short of the nth year amateur distance runners, which obviously have not improved at all but I enjoyed it.

The Plasencia Azar hotel, which officially started my Christmas festivities, I turned to find the turkey, this time at the table. And it reminded me so much for the friends and those who are not, it is always moving: Happy holidays.

How Much Do Caesars Palace Robes

Christmas greetings.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL.
'll be good TO FEAR ME DAIS.

Images Of Impacted Feces

Lisbon Marathon-2 º part: The career.

Pim, pam, pum, output. The strategy was to start that day Javi and me together at a slow pace (and not) and then if anyone was better throw forward.
output, we are the center of synchronized clocks.
the race really is divided into 4 parts:

Part 1 KM1-KM10: The rompepiernas.

Not a single level meter with a wind that sometimes made it impossible to move forward, not a soul encouraging charitable side of the road and going through neighborhoods that if I have to I dare not only to joke. Good thing to go in the company we amused ourselves by making bets on when the wind would take my cap. The only thing worth seeing in this part were the stages of Benfica and Sporting Lisbon are impressive and some megacentrocomercial (apparently to the people of Lisbon like a fool rather than a pencil). The other major avenues, streets, offices without a soul, so the Black Death of the animation.

First
miles with our fans.

Unless a stop on a slope because my partner had the of both legs as clubs going up and down very well and strongly.

Part 2 KM11-KM15: Down the River.

A priori seemed more lively and beautiful stretch of the trail as it continued down to the Tagus through Lisbon's tourist places and I have to say that was a bit cute on the Avenida da Liberdade all carpeted with leaves huge trees that had on its shores. It was a privilege to have it closed to traffic to enjoy a Sunday morning. As spirited as the truth is I can not say that there were people lying, but an encouraging or even looked at us to tell the truth, spent us what they wanted and more, as if they saw rain. How different MAPOMA.

Part 3 KM16-KM34: A Bethlehem shepherds.

Arriving at the Plaza Trade with renewed spirits publicly thank my staff and on the banks of the river, turn right and from here begins the most important stretch of this marathon, which marks the final result. There are 10 miles to Bethlehem and back the same way completely flat but exposed to wind was blowing and how.

At the half marathon together still I took a gel and 3 glasses of isotonic. 2 0 3 miles later, Javi decided down the pace a bit and I went forward. The landscape was pretty ugly but I did hope to go through the bridge April 25 from below even more impressive. I was enjoying a great time with great feelings and people forward without stopping. In the mile I took another gel in a poor aid station with a bottle of water and that's when I realized that either I get hit by a tram of those or would end the marathon. I had no choice.

Come
already almost there.

Part 4 Km35-FIN: The Wall (this time literally).

is clear that he designed the circuit plus some bastard was a Portuguese descendant of Torquemada. After all we had been to finish and just in case we had some energy, 6 km straight uphill through an avenue endless. That looked more like a Andaina a marathon, we were like the Thriller video players indeed. It was a general run-walk if anyone had looked for the road (which was not the case) would have been scared to death.
The Holy Company.

Finally Stadium on May 1, when I entered the running track could not help but get excited not only because we finally had people cheering, but because it had been hard but I had succeeded, was running for the tartan to 200 meters from the goal arc that was why he had trained so much.
4:32:21, slightly less for my Garmin.

I do not think back to Lisbon to run a marathon but I'm glad I did.

putting his medal.

Thanks:

Tere for having the patience to endure my coaches at the wrong time and to steal long time for it.

Javi For Monica and their encouragement throughout the course and it is always best to get to the finish while watching the faces of the people you love.

A Fer because although he could not come was present at the race and how it was, is and will be my inspiration to keep the bad times. Thanks brother.

A Harvey for putting up the first mile, I'm sorry Uncle nerves give me speak, hahaha.

All I have encouraged, advised, congratulations, etc .... You do not know how grateful match that promise that I'm a disaster.

How To Tell If Your Steep Tech Is Real Or Fake

Lisbon Marathon: Part 1: The previous.

I like to write the chronicles of the races (and less if it is a marathon) 10 days later but in this case because the holiday is what you get, I feel expected.

As I say my second marathon and is passed as the first has been a history of many kilometers long time stolen from family and friends, lots of rain, wind, cold, night, early morning. Without doubt the worst of the marathon is to prepare, the last 42km and beak are to enjoy them if you can and I think I have.

For me all these things we do on Sundays starting on Saturday when you go to pick up the dorsal and the chip and notes the previous environment, and upon arriving in Lisbon, we went through the stage on May 1 which was where the fair (which in this case was mini Fair) where I got the stock broker with a nice shirt, a backpack and a little more, well actually nothing more, nothing happens but hey had not been to win a shopping cart full of gels, jellies and stuff.

There were still 2 hours for the pasta party and there was little to do so the party decided to create our own and we headed downtown to meet my sister and my brother that would be the official leaders the next day. Dinner for 4 at an Italian in the upper quarter of Lisbon (I guess this is like going to Rome and ask for grilled cod).

The feeling at that time were kind of innocent affright mixed with a wild desire to pass around and to be a tourist. I went to bed early

sparing coffee at A Brasileira and strangely not take long to fall asleep, which is appreciated if the next day at 6 o'clock the alarm clock. As the hotel did not open until 7 breakfast I mounted it myself in the room (breakfast malpensaos), 40 little minutes of sleep, "pick up" final shower and hygienic. As was all prepared the day before when he went to school as soon I get dressed and get nothing to take the subway that day was free for participants. He had been with

javiyl in a station near the exit and there we are. We were walking with the nerves in the face to the stadium and there were waiting to be 9:00 am to start running.

The atmosphere was small but very international career, there were people from many countries and so many other things does not understand a shit what you say at the start, I guess I would be willing luck, I say.

Regarding climate
or ordered, nice weather, cloudy, no rain .... CONTINUED ....

Ways To Make Money On A Horse Farm

Correr. Operation Greyhound. Tough week for athletics, according to some grim news, as other encouraging news.
Pedaling . No news of Contador.
Running, cycling and more ... by Caceres. Bad title for a blog at this time.

Wood easy for those who still believe that sport is neither healthy nor clean, nor does it provide.

To reason about these issues it is best to be away from the media. And this time the distance has given me my beloved basketball.
On Saturday I enjoyed the presence of basketball in the street. Adecco cities came to Cáceres.

That I do believe strongly that each athlete has a personal legend. I enjoyed seeing that anywhere in the world there are wonderful athletes with indomitable spirits.

These athletes themselves are legendary.
And they are also those who enjoy playing, learn to respect our rivals, who share with colleagues, trying to improve every day, who bet on his health, which are attached to nerve cords where they are playing , emerging from a terrorist attack and are still claiming to be people of integrity ... Finally, the sport is full of people that will never be known but are legends, by the mere failure to conform to the chair.
And then there are young athletes, of which the basket is never forgotten, that fills their games and laughter with our lives. Reminding us that sport is not just a game with rules.

short. My legendary athletes are only two types: young people who play sports for fun, and adults who practice it for pleasure (whether professional or not.)

I've never found idols in the sport, since time immemorial humanity has built for later toppled idols.

know that idols are only cardboard, and that every drop of sweat from an anonymous athlete lies the essence of sport.
The rest is marketing for Adidas, Nike, Mizuma, Puma, ... and a society devoid of the old values and principles and essential.

P: D. I joined the side of a blogger friend who now has written something nearly identical to these thoughts: trigloberias: Your idols are you .

Dry Before Period Or Wet

DAVID TOVAR. FROM THE HEART OF NOVEMBER BETWEEN

I have to thank my friend Juan Carlos Arjona to introduce me to the protagonist of today and that helped me with this post.
Maybe this interview, coming out in November, should be out in October, that month since David has a good custom to become the winner of the Half Marathon banks of the Tagus , has won the last 4 editions of this test and the first edition was second behind Pedro José Hernandez. .

1 - How long have you run? Do you have a story of your beginnings?
Since I was 13 at the Athletic Club Triathlon Casar and began by chance because I loved playing football and that very year, no team did in my village, I got hooked on the triathlon, I liked the atmosphere that breathing in these tests.
2 - In what career are you most satisfied?
career as a junior I have a good record at that time I was 6 th in the Duathlon World Championship in Switzerland Affoltern 2002, 2 º in European Duathlon Championships in Italy and 2 nd team 2003. Besides being Champion Iberian triathlon youth in Seville. In 2004, I was the 14th in the world championship duathlon in Belgium (gell) due to a fall on the bike (better English), which was 3 in the ranking Junior world. Besides 3 times runner-up Spain in duathlon.
3 - How what distances are you most comfortable?. What have been your best races as runer?.
I adapt better to average 10,000 and marathon. My best race so far is the half marathon in Seville - Los Palacios. (1 h 11).

4 - The toughest race and the worst you've had.

rise in the Eagle Peak and because my friend Juan Carlos Arjona I was deceived, but the best was the night before we slept quite late, and left after the race.

5 - What makes you run?

It makes me feel good physically and psychologically, it makes my life easier. I enjoy great moments through sport.

6 - How has your family and friends your love for this sport?
are already used because I have many years competing.

7 - What are your future goals? What career would you like to run? .
Well try to 1 h 10 min on average (I have 1h 11, as best brand), and 2 hours down to 30 in the marathon (I have 2 h 38).
Plus I like running in the next year, some international marathon, I love Berlin.

8 -. How do you meet people from Cáceres Marathon Club?

Although still do not know many people because I have little time, I feel very comfortable with them.

With these credentials, the ascendancy of Casar, plus entry into the Marathon Club Cáceres think we have a corridor that summarizes in itself the positive values of our Extremadura sports.

Monster Distrubution Warehouse

EXTREMADURA

Maybe this week should have been in the Half Marathon Jarandilla ., Or cross Diputación de Cáceres , or running down the slopes of Jalama: -), but .. like all who read me know, by this time I make a hole in my favorite hobby: "mushrooms."
And I must admit, I do not understand most of the people who often sad and bitter existence when it rains. I is seeing a drop in the fall and I change the face, back into the forest.

few days ago my father asked me what I really like mushrooms, so I can stop running, leaving the paddle, bike or even to friends.
And indeed, the answer is multiple:
1 - I like mushrooms to be pure gastronomic pleasure.

2 - I like mushrooms by the wealth of culture that treasures mycology.

3-I like, by contact with nature.

4 - And, above all, because they provide good times intimate and almost spiritual. I do remember the simple things that draws the humus of the mind.
POOLS
Thanks to Adrian little remembered this week that one of the greatest pleasures I have experienced as a kid was to see a beautiful pool, with the immaculate surface, like a mirror, y. .... then put their feet to the bottom. For the sheer pleasure of it.
is a good answer: I pick mushrooms for the simple pleasure of it.
And in the next entry will be writing about the sport.

Punta Cana Or Cancun In January

IV POOLS UP TO THE CASTLE OF DOOR TO START

ENJOY GROWING

This last Sunday was held the IV Subida al Castillo de Portezuelo, as is usual in this test environment sports is extraordinary.
I do not tire of repeating the achievements each year get involved in the organization. The small town turns, runs very well at lower levels where the kids can have fun, good animation, the collection of numbers, arrival at the Castle etc. ..
As we saw just a little mistake in signaling, which made us extend a little distance to all forgivable when you know that is the world of mountain races.
I am glad that my colleagues in the Marathon Club Cáceres increasingly present in greater numbers in the tests of the Federation of Mountain, and several of them go up to the podium in different categories.

In these tests are approximate distances, there is approximately 16 km (which turn out to be 17.5), two km habituallamientos approximately the 5 and 10, times are approximate (some of us stopped to help other runners), etc. ..
On a personal level I got to the test with a 4-week career coach, and two days to paddle, so my legs remembered the last leg of the race. The first 8 miles in constant rise, with a gift in the form of tremendous KM7 hard to "remember that this race is the Federation of Mountain."
After about 8 km of continuous descent on very good roads (which differed from those of last year) and where each a "fly" your way, I to 4 minutes per km. Finally, the tough climb to the castle, which everyone expected a great animation on goal.

This year the number of riders has grown, has also increased the distance, and increased hardness. A test that is enjoying a deserved growth.
I think it is hard not to break into careers in Extremadura, the challenge is to maintain that identity. Personally I would like up to the castle did not grow much more in corridors or toughness, so that we have the Pencona or Artisan, I think if you keep the identity that we have made famous castle door for awhile.

PD: I have two photos hanging here have given me great joy (and which one would go to any of my readers). The first of the reunion after 25 years with a good friend of my youth: Javier Ridruejo, my time of the Marist Salamanca with whom I shared quite a few football games and some times Macanudo.

And the second of Mario and Maria, who dared to debut on the evidence in line with a mountain race, Good for my cousin who was gobbled 17.5 km at its debut, and will be enjoying their well earned leg pain!.

Small
stories that make great popular sport.

V SHORE HALF MARATHON TAJO

is this half that goes beyond that, has a reputation for easy and that appeals to both beginners in the distance, as we begin our veterans season in autumn. I'm obviously in the second grupo.Y any more of the photo.

But today I had the satisfaction of seeing a good friend of mine that debuted in the half marathon: Antonio Mateos. I like to highlight it, because he can be an example of never too late to put on running shoes. And in this society is a hero everyone who gets off the couch.
With him, I remembered the feelings of nerves before the outputs, the doubts, the liturgy of the preparation of racing etc. .. I finally started again 15 years later.

My congratulations to him and to Mercy, by cross and serve as an example to their children.
There are others who also deserve congratulations as the winner David Tovar, or friend Humberto (3 º) with its excellent brands .... but this is something I tell my experience in this race not happen to me the while embracing even the lampposts. (which I do frequently).

I really went well. I thought about this race as the start of my fall season. Without having any idea it was, with three weekly workouts and two paddle race week.

I shared the drive with Carlos Sanchez, who as tradition and, again reminded me that I leave the blog in the summer, and Antonio Martin that put me in the long teeth their participation in the marathon in Istanbul. And I had my friend Felix Pulido pulling me all morning, which made us a very easy race for me and my club mate Denis. A lively pace until km 17 and then finish in 1h 37, not one of my best brands, but if I have achieved with more ease, a phenomenon to start the year.
And if I remember I've been enrolled in this race four times, the first or left, the second I left at km 5, last year I 1h 41 ..
And now, to think of the Subida al Castillo de Portezuelo and continue recalling the taste for correr.Y is that this race has many reasons to run to run.
And one of those reasons is the venison stew at the end of the race or not?.

Can You Use A Dummy Phone

MONFRAGÜE without direction or GARRUCHA

At the turn of summer ground look at the calendar to prepare the sports year, looking my way.

In the years I've had some marathon in mind the planning was easy: 3 months to prepare and the remainder of total anarchy (bike, swimming pool, paddle tennis, basket ..).
During the last three years I have dealt with cross duathlons the winter months, making transitions between mtb and race (plus some gym), and left the mountain races in the spring.
During other periods have swum continuously or spent more time in the gym.
But this year I do not know where to go. Both diversification has come to be bored, well, it really bores me is to change both compañeros.Así shoes and lost them track of a road marathon in Istanbul, other Oporto Marathon road, other road to Mountain Bike Marathon Idanha Nova, and other road Paddle competitions.
What can I do to bring some order?
So that, return to the old challenges and simplicity, the world's simplest sport: running.

Hanging Mtb save the swimming cap and shovel Paddle (although this will give some concessions, especially when I sore legs.).
Well, now I have the course.

What objectives? Well
conversation recalling a glorious cinematic
- How to live now?
- Day to day.
So to start that day to day: A Half Marathon finish the banks of the Tagus on 24 October, http://mediomaratonriberosdeltajo.blogspot.com/ and running around mountains, the castle Portezuelo Rise on 7 November. Http://deporteportezuelo.blogspot.com/ See
running.

Do Blu Ray Players Upconvert

OBJECTIVES, NORTH OF THE SOUTH OF EUROPE

I return from my holiday. I have been in southern Europe, Almería. That's almost like going to Africa.
start by telling my sporting experiences there that quickly summarize, I have run one day every other, total 7 days of continuous running 12 km a day (about 12, others 10, others 13).

Easy to keep fit (losing here the way is easy, fish and seafood is spectacular as well, although little is known outside.).
That if the routes , Easy, easy is not, slopes, and very dry. Desert
pure.

I have not run a single day on the beach, it seems not serious.

GARRUCHA

not look this county in a travel agency, no hotels. Is in the north of the province, almost at Murcia.Vera and Mojacar, is more touristy neighbors. It is a town of about 7000 inhabitants, as much uniqueness has three ports: one sport, another fishing port .. and mining still functioning at full capacity, mainly due to mining of gypsum from another of the peculiarities of Almería: "The natural landscape of the Sorbas gypsum karst."
sorbas

Mediterraneo This area does not seem to Malaga, Granada, or continue south of Almería (Roquetas etc. ..). There are great beaches, and less tourism, water is amazingly clear, fish are plenty and visual pleasure diving.
And the other great pleasure here is the kitchen, there is an abundance of rock fish and seafood, the list is endless, red shrimp, gallopedro, monkfish, red mullet ...

CABO DE GATA

Almería From all what I liked most is the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata, a delight and a relic shoreline.
Photos Cabo De Gata 2010
I have some photos of this Nature, and a recommendation, all the coves and beaches are spectacular, some have restricted access, and though the Genoese Beach, Monsul etc ... are famous, I will refer to the cove Rajah. Just beyond the Cabo de Gata, a small walking tour, and that is not on maps.
Fish, fish and more fish just made a little diving in the lung.
