As you know this Saturday will not be with us or Juan Carlos and Depa. JC is in the Prague Marathon Depa was launched on Friday to La Palma to be an announcer in a mountain race ( www.transvulcania.com ). In view of its absence we sugerieren a training plan for Saturday and hope that though they are not, we can and want to meet.

As some run on Sunday, or in Baltanás or in La Antigua, for these, it is best that the Sabbath is still and only take it so:
  • 30 'warm + joint mobility (successful) and 5 progressions.
For those who have no commitments competitions on Sunday, had thought for a workout Saturday in the pines, leaving the car park of FASA,
  • make 30 'joint mobility warm-up + (successful) and 5 progressions (up here like everyone)
  • + Interval of 8 x 2' strong with 2 'recovery (the place we choose, but perhaps Ideally 1k circuit and You can view and encourage each other)
  • 10 'very soft descalentamiento + 10' of stretching.
