Maroñas Running 10k. Impeccable!
On Saturday March 21, 2009 was developed in the first racecourse run Maroñas. One day, quite hot and heavy to run at 15:30 but just was enjoyed by rich the soil, uprooted and ended up in the sand on the track, most of the leg was in a street circuit and we had 800 meters along a path between trees on the same site Maroñas.
The fact that the matter was hydration and impeccable organization, I think the event was well worth the $ 300 registration.

Sniffing on the web I found a very interesting topic related to running: the ChiRunning or Chi Running has its own site www.chirunning.com and that is a body of knowledge produced by Danny Dreyer (ultramarathoner and coach) to run the most efficient way to avoid injury.
There is a book in English that can be downloaded in pdf format Chirunning.pdf which is very good in my opinion. I'm trying to get it in English (if I pass the link along.)
There are also some very good videos that show you clearly how to run and especially the correct position of the feet and body.
